Terms of Service
Welcome to Lounge in Between ("the Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our hourly lounge reservation service at loungeinbetween.org. By creating an account or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service
The Service allows you to reserve a private lounge space ("Lounge") by the hour. Reservations require a minimum of 4 hours and may extend past midnight into the following day. Access is unmanned: a door passcode is delivered automatically about 15 minutes before check-in via the channel you selected (app push, email, WhatsApp or SMS).
2. Accounts
- Provide an accurate name and email address. A mobile number is optional unless you select SMS or WhatsApp notices; required reservation and reply notices are sent to the email address you provide.
- You may also sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- The Service is not directed to children under 14. Guests under 19 may not use the Lounge without a legal guardian.
3. Reservations & Payment
- Prices are displayed in USD by default. Package examples: 4 hours $40.74 · 5 hours $48.89 · 6 hours $61.11 · each additional hour $12.22. If a local/reference currency is shown, it is an approximate amount marked with “≈”; the final amount and currency shown at checkout apply.
- Payment is processed through the payment method currently enabled at checkout. Domestic card payments may be settled in KRW, while eligible international card or PayPal payments may be settled in USD. A method is available only after the applicable provider contract and live channel are active.
- A reservation is confirmed only after payment is completed. You will receive a confirmation number.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- More than 24 hours before check-in: 100% refund
- 12–24 hours before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours before check-in, or no-show: no refund
Refunds are made to the original payment method in the original settlement currency. Any local/reference currency amount is an estimate and may differ due to exchange rates or card issuer/provider fees. If the Service cancels your reservation for reasons attributable to us, you will receive a full refund.
5. Check-in, Door Passcode & House Rules
- The door passcode is personal to your reservation. Do not share it. Access outside your reserved hours is not permitted.
- The Lounge is located near a residential area — please keep noise to a minimum at all times.
- No smoking anywhere on the premises. No parties exceeding the stated capacity, no illegal activity, no pets unless expressly allowed.
- Please leave the space tidy. You are responsible for damage to the space or equipment caused by you or your guests.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, utility or network outages, actions of third parties). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Korean law, including our liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes disadvantageous to members). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law & Language
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea. Translations of these Terms are provided for convenience; in case of conflict, the English version prevails.
